Cafezinho

Cafezinho
8 tbsp Costa Rican coffee (finely ground)
2 c cold water
1 tsp sugar
Put water into 1 qt saucepan and bring to boil.
Place coffee into strainer lined with cheesecloth (or Cafezinho bag).
Pour boiling water over coffee into coffee pot or hot pitcher.
Add sugar to taste
