Tips

To make a simple iced coffee,
pour chilled coffee over ice cubes
made with coffee. This will keep
the coffee strong, even as the
weather gets warmer.

Cafe con Miel
2 cups hot coffee
1/2 cup milk
4 tbsp honey
1/8 tsp cinnamon
Heat everything until warm, but not boiling.
Stir well to dissolve honey, and serve.
