Tips

Be sure to check the instructions
on your blender before crushing
ice. You may want to try using
restaurant-style ice for blended
drinks- it's easier on the blender
and gives the drink a nice "slushy"
texture.

Amaretto Cooler
1 c brewed Amaretto flavored coffee
1 c milk
½ tsp vanilla
1/3 tsp almond extract
1 tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp cinnamon
Mix coffee, milk, vanilla, almond, and sugar into pitcher.
Stir until well mixed.
Pour over ice into 2 twelve ounce glasses.
