Tips

Be sure to check the instructions
on your blender before crushing
ice. You may want to try using
restaurant-style ice for blended
drinks- it's easier on the blender
and gives the drink a nice "slushy"
texture.

Ingredients:

 

  • 3 c Very hot decaffeinated Coffee -- instant O.K.
  • 2 tb Sugar
  • 1/4 c Rum -- light OR dark

How To:

Combine very hot coffee, sugar and rum in heated pot. Makes 4-6 demitasse for 4-6. Double as needed.
