To make a simple iced coffee,
pour chilled coffee over ice cubes
made with coffee. This will keep
the coffee strong, even as the
weather gets warmer.

1 1/2 oz vodka
3/4 oz coconut liqueur
6 oz banana juice

Pour all ingredients over ice cubes in a highball glass. Stir well. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and serve.
